Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information SubinLabs ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company or organisation, project type, budget range and the details of your enquiry.

Technical information. To protect the website against abuse we record a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string with each enquiry. We do not store your raw IP address alongside your enquiry. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and operational purposes.

Cookies. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is set only when you use the contact form (to protect it against cross-site request forgery) or sign in to the administration area. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • read and respond to your enquiry;
  • discuss and, where agreed, deliver the services you ask about;
  • keep a record of our correspondence; and
  • protect the website and its users against spam, fraud and abuse.

We process your information because you have chosen to contact us and consented to us using your details to respond. We do not sell your personal information or use it for automated decision-making.

Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be processed by service providers that help us run the website — for example our web hosting and email providers — only to the extent needed to provide their services. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of business correspondence, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance about how it has been handled. To make a request, contact us through the contact page.

Children

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children.
