Who will I actually work with?
You work directly with the founder-engineer responsible for your product — from the first conversation through launch. No account managers in between.
What size of project do you take on?
SubinLabs is an independent studio, so work is scoped to what can be delivered well: focused builds, phased platforms and modernisation of existing systems. Larger programmes are planned in stages.
How is pricing decided?
After an initial conversation you receive a written scope and estimate. Changes are discussed and agreed before they are built.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Share nothing sensitive until you are comfortable — an NDA can be signed before detailed discussions.
Who owns the code?
Ownership terms are agreed in writing before work starts; the default is that the code and documentation you pay for are yours.
What happens after launch?
Support and further phases can continue, and everything is documented so your own team can take over if you prefer.
