Introduction
Korefitt is a fitness management ecosystem developed by SubinLabs, covering both a web platform and companion mobile applications. The project brings together the operational workflows a fitness studio relies on — memberships, attendance, session booking and member communication — into a single, connected system.
The challenge
Fitness studios typically manage memberships, class schedules, attendance and member communication across separate tools, paper registers and messaging apps. That fragmentation makes it hard to see who is active, which sessions are full, and what members need to know.
The goal was a unified platform that serves administrators, trainers and members, each with an experience suited to their role, on both web and mobile.
The solution
The solution is a role-based platform with a shared backend API serving a web application and mobile apps. Administrators manage memberships, plans and schedules; members book sessions and receive announcements; attendance is recorded as part of the daily workflow.
The backend is built with PHP and the Fat-Free Framework on MySQL, exposing REST endpoints consumed by a Vue-based web interface and React Native mobile apps.

Development approach
The platform was designed API-first so the web and mobile clients share the same business rules. Features were delivered incrementally, module by module, with role-based access control applied consistently across every endpoint.
